On Women's Equality Day, August 26, 2006, the four members of the Founding Board, (front row) Nellie Dunaway Duke, (back row) Linda Torrence Dr. Mary Lou Frank, and Linda T. Muir, Esq. got together to sign the Charter creating Georgia Women's Institute for women in Georgia.
